RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1) We have a no return, refund and exchange policy available across all products - ready to ship, made to order and discounted/sale section. All products undergo multiple quality checks before dispatch and thus all sales are considered final domestic and international.

2) We ​will ​not ​accept ​any exchange​, r​eturns or cancellations ​on o​rders ​purchased during​ the​ sale​ period or otherwise.​

3) Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged

4) Sarees once finished with fall and hemming will not be returned or exchanged.

5) Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

6) Fabrics once cut from the thaan, cannot be returned or exchanged.

7) In an exception of a damaged product is received - exchange option will be provided after reviewing the details supported by images within 24 working hours of the package received. After approval, the amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or we will give you a credit note which can be used to buy another product.

8) Please follow our return guidelines, Shaanvi cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned independently without our approval or prior notice.

9) All our products are handwoven and this may show slight irregularities such as over threading of weaving, zari etc. please note that these are not considered as defects and add to the charm of any handloom product

10) The cost of the products may fluctuate with seasons. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Prior notice will be provided subject to price hikes.

11) Colour disclaimer- The colours of products you see on the computer screen will vary slightly from those of the actual product. This is because of the difference in underlying technologies of computer monitors and fabric; monitors that are not properly calibrated also add to the difference in colours. In addition, the lighting used while taking photographs also factor in the final colour shown on the screen.

12) Refunds or order cancellation subject to forces beyond control such as public strikes, unavailabilty of recipient at the time of delivery, natural disasters or lockdowns will not be entertained.

13) The courier partner will attempt to deliver a package thrice, if not received by the client the package will be shipped back to us. Cancellation due to non-acceptance of courier at the time delivery will not be considered as a valid reason for cancelation of any order.

Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.

Apparel/ garments and fabrics cannot be returned.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

1) All orders once placed by the customer are final and cancellations will not be available.

2) Shaanvi.in reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to inventory constraints or others due to which an order can’t be fulfilled. In such a situation a refund will be provided back to the client within 7 working days.
